We are a private, quiet, and secure boutique campground just 2.5 miles from the town of Live Oak. We make reservations off of text and phone primarily. Email is usually a delayed response. We operate on the honor system. There is no office or on premise manager.

 

All campers must: stop in front of yellow farm house and fill out the waiver form under white mailbox located on the right side of drive way and drop it in the mailbox with a check or cash prior to parking. Then and only then you may proceed to park.

 

Drive thrus are located on left with horse parking. 30/50 full hook ups. Last minute one night late arrivals follow above instructions and take an empty space. $55 for 50amp per night, $49 for 30amp per night. Horses minimum $10.00 per night small paddock, $20.00 per night large. We charge $25 per dog, per month. All fees must add 10% tax.
