The Campers Side

Located just south of the Spirit of the Suwannee Music Park on 48th Street and Mattair Springs in Live Oak, Florida. Long Branch Rest and Ride offers quiet, peaceful accommodations to its guests.

 

We're a small private boutique campground and we do not advertise. We're perfect for family reunions and long term stays. Our location is designed specifically for RV/Campers and RVer's with horses. Each reservation includes pull-through campsites, access to clean bathrooms and showers, spacious property, brand-new horse paddocks of various sizes, miles of riding and hiking trails, shaded parking, with a variety of amenities, making Long Branch Rest and Ride feel like home! We're close to local businesses for food and other services. Dogs always welcome to enjoy free custom built kennels and large shady grassed dog park!

Fee Schedule
Please add 10% tax to all bills: 7% state tax & 3% county tourism tax

NO CREDIT CARDS. ONLY CASH OR CHECKS PAYABLE TO: Longbranch Rest and Ride. We operate on the Honor System. Please leave your check or cash in the white mail box in front of the yellow Farmhouse house in driveway wrapped in your signed waiver form upon arrival. We work by phone reservation. You will be told your total due or you may call for it if you cannot figure it out by the posted fee schedule.  PLEASE DO NOT FORGET TO ADD 10% ONTO YOUR CALCULATED TOTAL FOR TAXES DUE CITY AND STATE. THANK YOU!

All park models and other rentals will be subject to $150 cleaning fee and security deposit of $500.

RV/Campers

Water & Electric, with or without septic

  • Daily Hook Up: 

    • 30 amp Service: $49 per night plus 10% tax

    • 50 amp Service: $55 per night plus 10% tax

    • Hook Up Weekly rates: After 7 paid nights, 8th night is free​

  • Monthly Hook Up

    • 30 amp Service: $680 plus 10% tax

    • 50 amp Service: $730 plus 10% tax

Additional Services

All rentals non-smoking or forfeit of security deposit.

  • Furnished House Rental: $2250/Month

    • One month security deposit, electric bill separate​

  • BRAND NEW: Tiny 1 bedroom furnished homes - park models for rent

    • $1650 monthly (electric included) + 10% tax

  • Primitive (with or without water) 

    • $25 per night plus 10% tax

  • The Cabin: (Non-smoking PLUS $250 Deposit)

    • $75 per night plus 10% tax (4-night Min, $35 cleaning fee)

  • Park & Ride Day Stay:

    • $20 (tax included, no paddocks) [6pm close]

  • Use Of Sewage Dump Station:

    • $50 per Station discharge

  • Picnic table to be reserved at $25 per month

  • Fire rings reserved at $10 per month with a non-refundable clean up fee of $50​

  • $20 non-refundable reservation fee applied to all weekly and monthly reservations. In addition we also require a $250 deposit required on weekly and monthly reservations which can be changed out without forfeit of deposit up to three weeks in advance of arrival date. 

Notes:

  • We welcome dogs, however, they must be on leash and not disruptive to other campers. We charge $25 per dog, per month.

  • An additional fee of $10/person/day will be assessed for reservations with more than 2 persons per RV. We reserve the right to refuse service. 

  • All Paddocks & All horse manure must be picked up DAILY and brought to manure dump site, otherwise a $5.00 per day surcharge will assessed.

  • No Stallions, NO EXCEPTIONS!

  • Horse boarding available upon request; rates start at $200 per month, owner must supply all feed, medicine, and supplements.

  • No refunds are offered… only credit towards future bookings.

  • All Holidays require a 3-night minimum stay, must be paid in full at time of booking, and requires a 3 week notice of cancellation for credit towards future bookings.

 

PLEASE DOWNLOAD AND COMPLETE THE WAIVER & RELEASE FORM FROM THIS WEBSITE AND SUBMIT WITH YOUR DEPOSIT CHECK. IF TRAVELING WITH A HORSE, YOU MUST ALSO INCLUDE A COPY OF YOUR COGGINS CERTIFICATE AND HEALTH CERTIFICATE BEFORE YOU CAN UNLOAD YOUR HORSE(S) AT LONG BRANCH REST AND RIDE.
